The frame is in good shape, made with 6061-T8 Thermal bonded Alcoa Aluminum in the USA. It's got ample tire clearance for cushy tires and comes with the original 26x1.5" Raleigh nylon gumwall tires. It hasn't been ridden much but will need some new tires soon just because these ones are kind of old and dry. It's a good customization opportunity. 

It comes with Suntour a-3000 derailleurs and shifters (friction in the front/left, and indexed in the rear/right). French Maillard hubs, Levanter rims made in the USA, and Dia-Compe cantilever front brake. and Maillard rear hub brake. Unbranded brake levers and ergonomic grips. The canti brakes in the front are stronger than the rear hub brake so for safety reasons this bike is probably a bit better for those living somewhere in a flatter area or for riding at slower speed. But overall it is a good base for a comfy and functional city rider! It's tuned up and ready to ride, with unique vintage components, and options for customization and upgrades.
